Homeowners Association Board Meeting

There will be a Board of Directors meeting on Thursday, November 21, 2019 at 5:00pm in the HOA pool area. You are welcome to attend the meetings open session.

We will be reviewing annual roof maintenance proposals as well as proposals for tree trimming. We will also be looking at the CR&R recycling program.

There is a lot going on! Please attend!

It is an effort to keep both renters and owners informed as to what is happening in the complex.

My hope is to include an event calendar and eventually a newsletter so that we can click on it at any time and see what is supposed to be happening.  For example, when is the trash being picked up?  Things like that.

We are a relatively small complex with well maintained grounds, pool, and jacuzzi.  Currently trash is picked up Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

This is a managed site and blog.  Only those people registered with the webmaster will be able to post to the site and/or make comments.  Since we are all adults living in community only polite and courteous comments will be posted.  Please.  If you have a question about that you can contact me in the contact form.
